Returns, Refunds and Cancellation:
In the event of faulty products we offer a repair / replacement facility.
Before returning a unit, please make sure you have an Authorised Return
Number and display this clearly on your address label.

are returned under complaint or for exchange etc. should be returned
to us post-paid.
Customers may return EMPULSE provided
that the goods are promptly returned to us in "as sold" condition
a refund will be given less external processing charges. The remainder will be returned within thirty days
of our receipt of the returned goods.
When returning goods, please ensure that they are packed sufficiently
and in their original packaging because we cannot accept goods that are damaged during their return.
